PC Boot up Error

When I booted up my PC this popped up, anyone know what it means?

Since you can't use the automatic repair function and the machine won't boot, the only alternative that I can think of is to do a clean, fresh install of Windows.  Sorry, wish I could come up with a better idea.

Do you know the best way to re-flash windows and how the whole process works.

You might try doing a web search for emergency boot disk and repair.  Of course if you don't have access to another PC this won't help much.

Using the Windows Media Creation Tool is the best way to do it.  Just go to the website below, do a quick read on the instructions provided and download the tool.  You will need an 8GB USB/Flashdrive.
