Why don't we have an updated list of "recommended builds for $XXX in the "builds" section?"

I don't find it tiring or irritating to help people set up a build list that is specifically tailored to their needs and budget.  I actually look at it as both a challenge and a learning opportunity for myself as well.  Its a chance for me to use some of this accumulated knowledge in my skull and let others learn from my experiences.
