GPU could use a boost, and maybe a higher quality/capacity SSD, as well as a better cooler.

Dude I got a i7-2600. Your pc isn't outdated. The only thing I might change is the GPU setup. Also most CM PSUs are kinda sketchy

the PSU's rubbish, the SSD... might lose its controller as it ages, and the pair of gtx 780 beats 1060 6gb easily on a good day (with nearly 4x the power draw), but between a 1050ti and 1060 3gb on a bad day. The cooler... might leak. That's all.
