Using one PC has two

How can I make to "split" a machine into two, so I can use only one machine that functions as two different PC's so I can have them connected to 2 monitors, 2 mouses, and 2 keyboards but function separately. Basically what Linus did with that 100 000$ PC project... I would appreciate a lot if someone could help me.

For what exactly? This isnt really partically useful for normal use.

 

Virtual Machines is one way, and even then it can be a bit buggy if not done right
