OBS issues with laptop screen and game recording

Hello i was having this odd but unsolvable issue with OBS on my laptop , my laptop is ROG GL502VT gaming laptop with GTX 970M + intel igpu . So after the OBS 20 update , OBS would start with a black screen if i start the program with my nvidia gpu . Previously i didn't have this issue and soon after opening the obs app it immediately projected my desktop and games . So i surfed online asked OBS forum for possible solution and they told me to use the internal igpu to launch the OBS which technically solved the problem but i'm not sure whether running the obs off my igpu would provide me good streaming and video capturing result  . So if i use igpu to launch the obs app , then will the NVME codec still work with the app to stream and capture video ??
