"Display Drivers Failed to Load" Help!

Hi everybody,

I recently upgraded my GPU from an ATI 5770 1GB to a GTX 1050 Ti 4gb.

 

At first all was well, then as of a few days ago whenever I would boot up my PC, immediately the screen would flash to black every 3 or 4 seconds and after long enough I would get automatically logged out. A message shows up in notifications saying that "Display drivers failed to load." And basically I cannot use my PC at all.

 

I have tried booting in safemode, fully uninstalling GPU drivers and reinstalling them but the problem persists once i reboot the PC. I even reinstalled windows but that didn't fix it either.

My specs are GTX 1050 Ti 4GB, AMD fx-6300 cpu, 6GB of RAM, 500W Termaltake TT-500NL2NL psu, 

 

Any help will be much appreciated.

A clean wipe and re-install?

Tried it already, didn't work

Where did you get the video card from? Sounds like a bad one
