Rx480 with rx580 bios oc, sistem restart problem

Hi, I have a rx 480 4g asus dual with a rx580 bios (aorus bios) it has 1350 clock and 7000 vram, The reason for the rx580 bios is the stock bios on the gpu was limited to 1320 and droping clocks, I have a Artic accelero 4 on the card so its running at 60c so tempeture os not the problem. 

 

Card is running with 1350clock and 8000 vram driver 12.2.2 with second vram timmings.

 

On timespy I get 4500 score on the gpu with this oc.

 

Problem is when I OC to like 1390 clock the sistem just restarts, is it puling power from the PCI slot? more then the 75w? or is it another problem, I dont even get artifacts.

 

Fx8150 4.7 oc 1.47v
