White. It's always white. As for the bios, how?

1) Unplug all the components and devices on the MB, and then reinstall the CPU,RAM (one piece), VGA card and power supply only. Please add some thermal gel on the CPU, and then reinstall the CPU fan correctly and tightly.Be sure JPWR1 and JPWR2 are connected to proper ATX power supplies to ensure stable operation of the motherboard. If there are 6 pin or 8 pin Power Connectors on your VGA,please make sure they are connected to power supply。

2) Clear CMOS (How to clear CMOS, you could refer to the manual)for a try.

3) If the problem still persists, please change the RAM with different RAM slot to check again.

or 5) change the HDMI cable

or 6) spam reset until it goes into BIOS

Well any chance you can get your hands on a friends 900 series or newer card which will work with ur current drivers ? But also you should be able to boot with VGA driver by one or the other way. And that are such baisc drivers that they run on everything. And did you buy a new 570 ? Are we sure that the card works to beginn with can u try it in another system ?

I got it from a friend. He quit gaming. So yeah it works. I don't have a vga cable. And none of my friends have any available cards rn

Reset the battery, jumped the jbat thing. Still nothing. Now it just turns on, off for a couple seconds and back on into nothing.

the motherboard should have a light that either goes from orange to white(if post is successful) or from orange to green

Your motherboard has a tiny speaker that would BEEP codes that you can look up in your mobo manual.

No dot, or Background lighting so it does not turn on(usually it goes from orange to blue) so standby to on.
