Asus 1060 6gb Issues....

So my BRAND NEW build only used a few hours for some editing. I noticed the gpu fan (dual fan card) makes a “flutter” noise that you can faintly hear and now the left fan is not spinning like it was when i first built the pc and played around on it. The fan works because when i restart the pc it spins and in games it spins but should i be concerned at all about any of this? If anyone wants video/audio i can pm you.

Did you ser a custom fan curve?

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

My Asus 1070 shows the same behaviour, but I'm not sure why. It doesnt affect performance so I didnt care.
