Motherboard won't post

Hey guys, 

I've got an ASRock X79 Extreme6 and it won't post. I got it from my cousin who showed me that it worked fine, so I'm sure it was shipping damage. He shipped it from South Africa which makes me even more suspicious of how the postal service handled the motherboard. Like I said, it worked fine for him, plus I know the CPU and RAM are fine. 

Is there any way to fix it or should I toss it?
