how much was a general admission ticket to ltx last year and what could i expect to pay for a decent hotel like a best western or equivalent for a night

$250-$400 for two nights seems to be the going price for hotels within walking distance of the convention center.

Are you talking USD or CAD? When I had looked it was around $125-$250. Admittedly, that was for today though.
