sooooo i  have the 4gb model with the ryzen 3 2200u and 128gb ssd i would like to know if i can upgrade the ram to 8 or even 16gb

I'm pretty sure you have 4GB Soldered. If you're not worried about voiding your warranty, you can remove back panel and you should have a single open dim slot for 1 DDR4 module. In terms 'upgradeability' you can go 8GB or 12GB.
