Bottlenecking?

I have an intel core i7-7700hq, Gpu 1060 6gb, 16gb of ram and 5400 rpm hard drive. And I always get low frame rates on Fortnite (40-60fps) but some other days my computer performs fine (80-140fps). Please help

I guess sometimes you are running on battery and other times plugged in.

Set your windows to always be on full performance if you want to destroy you battery while on the go. ;)

I wouldnt go epic settings on a 1060, 1070 maybe but 1060 has quite a big gap to a 1070 performance.

I don't play that game, so I don't really know what you're referring to...

As mentioned above, try lowering the setting from epic to high or whatever
