0xc000021a troubles

AMD ryzen 5 2600  3.4 ghz

Asus Tuf x470 plus gaming 

Msi 1060 armor 6gb oc

Team Vulcan 8g ddr4 3200

Samsung evo 850 250gb

Windows 10

 

 

Before this error code I was having an issue with my disk (ssd) running at 100%. I turned windows update to manual and the disk was running fine. Than I started to run windows updates. Soon after I got a error with one of the windows  downloads and the disk usage shot back up again . I let do it's thing and gave me this error screen of 0xc000021a. Now I cannot boot my computer without it giving my the error code.
