CS:GO not loading maps?

I am trying to make cs go run on some older hardware, i3 550, 2gb ram and a gtx 1050 (I know bottleneck and stuff). But the map only loads to 1/8th of the bar and then doesn't do nothing, if I click, it goes not responding. The system is running windows 7 32bit. I tried this and it didn't do much at all. I am a bit frustrated and I don't know what to do.
