holiday laptop recommendation?

looking for a laptop more or less for general basic use, no gaming but the ability to open any app if needed. mostly to be used for browsing and other such day to day use.

minimum wanted specs;
<$400usd (perferably <$350usd)
4gb ram
windows 10 (or variant)
1080p screen, 60hz
atleast 1 usb port of some sort
doesnt need alot of storage but atleast 64gb of storage would be nice if the space is needed

mostly just want something fast and easy to use within a budget, can definitely be one of those windows tablets which are basically ultra-portable laptops
