Can I plug my Cryorig QF120 Performance fan into the AIO_PUMP header? if yes am I putting any of my parts at risk? 

My Build-
AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor
Asus - ROG STRIX X470-I GAMING Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard
Team - T-Force Dark 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Western Digital - Green 240 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Asus - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3 GB Dual Video Card
Inwin - A1 (Black) Mini ITX Tower Case w/600 W Power Supply

Yes, that's fine. It functions as a normal fan header.
