Has someone done this? Does the case have enough clearance for it?

In the front without the cages could be possible. The top will be tricky and might block your mobos if the VRM coolers are too big (example: MSI or Asus). Even RAM can block it.

I am going to go with no. The other set of fans would have to be mounted externally.

This would require slight modification in where the fan holes in the front would have to be made larger, as they are smaller than the standard fan hole.

Any slimmer? That would be more like a single 120mm. Even then an air cooler would out preform it

Temps are great. Those are SP's in push AF's in pull!

I didn't think it would as well! I took your word for it. But I decided to mount it on one of the venting holes rather than the holes for the fan. It wasn't easy the holes for the rad didnt quite line up so perfectly. :D
