Anyone here use something other than QWERTY. I have used Dvorak on my phone for well over a year now and like it but have had trouble using it on a desktop keyboard because once I get used to it I will have to use QWERTY at work and it through some me off, curious if anyone here uses a different layout or if you know of where I could find some keycaps that have both QWERTY and Dvorak on them

You can switch between QWERTY and DVORAK pretty easily in windows. You should be able to do the same on your work computer. Although the keycaps won't match up, but honestly if you can't touch type with dvorak then what's the point?

The difference in speed between QWERTY and DVORAK is minimal, and QWERTY is much more widely used and accepted. There really is no good reason to . adopt DVORAK unless you just WANT to be different.

Even QWERTY has some versions. And even standard QWERTY keyboard may have US layout (with that horizontal Enter) or EU layout (with vertical, tall Enter, which I prefer). But that are only minor differences.

I never used Dvorak (that supposed to be more optimal, but who knows). I think that is forgotten standard for freaks. :)

I do have a keyboard that has a tall enter and a short backspace that I got stupid cheap for an old server I picked up at my schools surplus center. It's interesting to type on, I like the tall enter but the short backspace takes some getting used to

Does this count? It's still qwerty, but different physical layout.
