As far as I know, there isn't a better deal on this RAM kit, especially at this frequency. There are similar prices out there, but this one is here in case anyone needs it since the holiday season is here.

it's a good deal for someone building a workstation PC.

I recently bought 16 GB kit Vengenance LPX 3000 MHz for a friend for ~$165. If we had this... it's a bargain and no brainer. And that kit was on sale. No reason not to. 

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

Nah, not worth it at this moment. Too much hastle for someone who will only game. Also, shipping. 

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.
