Should I upgrade?

My old rig has a core i7 960, 12GB RAM (DDR3?), and a 1050Ti.

 

I wanted to play AC Odyssey on it on a 1080p 60Hz monitor, but the games is incredibly slow, I had a much better experience with Origins. I was considering investing in a RX 580 8GB or maybe even 590, though there is a 580 promo near me that makes them €70 of a difference. Should I invest in it or at this point it'll just be bottlenecked by the rest of the specs? Thanks in advance.

590 is trash. don't do it. go 580 if you are going AMD. now, if you are going nvidia, GTX 1070 used is a very nice deal right now.
