If you go into display settings from the desktop there's a setting in windows called "night light" which filters the screen, it's pretty good and already built into windows. Also is it really dark in the room when you use the monitor? try putting some lights on in the background if that's the case

as Crunken Suggested, if you're using windows 10 there is the Night light Feature. You can adjust how much blue light it stops in settings for it as well, If this doesn't help try turning your monitors brightness down, and always use them in a well-lit room.

Make sure you have 144hz enabled, 60hz can give you a headache especially if a windows or driver update reverted your monitors back to 60hz.
