How high can I overclock?

Depends on how far you can go on 1.25-1.3v... Anywhere from 4.2 to 4.5GHz is possible

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

You have proper cooling so you can do 4.5Ghz easy ....  Probably even more if you tried.
