I have an 8700K, it's not overclocked and it's cooled by a corsair h110i cooler. the radiator is front mounted with two sets of fans behind it pulling air in and 3 case fans pushing air in. I want to keep the cpu temp stable around 30-40c or if possible below 30c. I bump the fan speed but it's not my favorite type of solution I saw a guy running the fans at 600rpm getting low temps around 28-30c. How is that possible??

Do I need to put extra exhaust fans on the top of the case?
