Windows on Hard Drive

Should I format my hard drive with windows 10 on it? I have the windows 10 home product key. If I do this how would I make windows 10 run on my ssd instead of my hard drive?

Either clone  the os over to the SSD or reinstall it completely on the SSD. The product key is either tied to your motherboard or your MS account if you signed in (which you should do imo)

Is there a way you can just clone the windows ten over to the ssd?

Depending what SSD you get, the manufacturer will provide software specifically for it.

I already have an ssd Instated in my computer. It is the samsung 870 evo

The software you'll need is on this page. I'd personally go about reinstalling completely but this will do the job.

Scroll down to data migration, theres the software download listed as well as a user manual.

This is what I have right now
