Cpu vcore voltage problem

I recently build a new pc .In the bios setting i can see that my ryzen 3 1300x at 3.5ghz has a vcore voltage 1.464 . Is it safe ?

That's quite high. 1.45V is what you typically go for when youre pushing the limit of your OC.

i think that would be pretty high for a measly 3.5ghz on that CPU, i'm not familiar with OC'ing on ryzen boards, hopefully someone can chime in, do temps seem to be effected?

At idle the temperature is 37°c with air cooler.

Idle temp is pretty much meaningless. 

What's the load temp and which air cooler? 

Also, get CPU-Z or Hardware Info.

Most likely the motherboard and your english is fine, is the motherboard voltage set to auto and it's doing this?

Yes it is set to auto.

try finding the settings that it would be at normally, and then just oc the CPU accordingly, ie, at that voltage you should easily be able to get like 4ghz lol

But i doesn't want to overclock my cpu.

I got my Ryzen 7 2700x yesterday, it does the same thing, i just set the voltage to the standard and left it, the auto voltage on ryzen goes crazy, no matter what i could do i couldn't get it to stay below 1.375 on auto, it kept autoing all the way up to 1.5, so i think it might just be normal

My temperature are normal and reading in ryzen master and cpu-z is normal.
