Dead pixel? need help

On my dell gsync monitor on everything i do in the middle the words are cut . i don't know how to fix the issue and why its happening. it happens on everything that has text in the middle . Sounds dumb but I assume you have restarted your PC already?

 

I had a burn in issue (I know, not dead pixel) and it was my graphics card doing it I think. Restarted and everything was fine.

 

I would check your drivers and reboot. Could be something like that.
