I NEED YOUR HELP: First Budget Gaming Build of 600$CAD

Hello everyone––

I recently developed a sudden interest to put together my first budget gaming PC build of 600$CAD. That being said, I need help to choose the components I require to assemble it. So far, I am already set with these parts that can be seen as you click the following link:
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/2yzwa

To begin with, I have already bought the case of my computer which is the Zalman MS800 ATX Mid Tower Case through NCIX, and I have also purchased my hard drive which is the Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive.
That being said, these two parts are EXCLUDED from the budget, and this leaves me with 545$CAD remaining to purchase the other parts.

As you see on the first link I have provided you, my CPU I have chosen is the AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor and as my video card, I have chosen the Asus Radeon R9 270 2GB Video Card (however, I am still a little iffy about the video card, so any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!). Considering the fact that the CPU is around 110$CAD and the video card is around 200$CAD, the remaining budget is 235$CAD.

This is where I need everyone’s help! The remaining amount you see above has to be allocated to the three missing components of my computer which are

1) a motherboard that incorporates the USB 3.0 and 2 slots for memory are more than enough for me, since I am not planning to expand/upgrade in the future,

2) a memory (8GB is fine with me), and finally,

3) a power supply.

Please take note that the remaining missing parts have to be compatible with the case of the Zalman MS800 ATX Mid Tower Case.

***FINAL NOTES AND SPECIFICATIONS:
- I live in Montreal, QC.
- I cannot pass 545$CAD.
- This build will mainly be used to play games such as Skyrim, Guild Wars 2, games on Steam, and MMOs.
- I do not need any peripherals.
- Also, I am not proficient with technology, so I do not need anything too crazy.

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

Hannah A.

Motherboard: GA-970A-UD3P $110

RAM: you can really get any of the cheapest RAM.. I would get at least 1600mhz ram and 8gb $60-80 maybe some crucial ballistix?

Power supply: corsair cx500 $50

Although there's a lot of great power supplies out there... Anything from corsair, seasonic, and Silverstone will be great... The r7 270 will be great by the way. Good luck and have fun with the build!

I would hold off for a week and see what AMD Kaveri brings to the table.

I would go AMD. I am no fanboy (I never even used it), but the prices on it are a lot better than Intel and Nvidia. Use a 7770 if possible or an APU if you can't afford it. Just buy some crappy compatible mobo, RAM, etc. Buy a 500w psu from a good brand.

Intel Core i7 4770k - 2x Geforce GTX 780 - MSI Z87 MPower Max - Corsair H60 - 8GB Avexir Core Series MPower Yellow + 4gb no-brand DDR3 - Corsair Obsidian 750d - AData XPG SX900 256gb SSD - Seagate Barracuda 3TB (7200 RPM) - Hitachi 250GB 2.5in HDD (3200 RPM) - WD HDD 160GB extracted from iMac via black magic (no specified RPM) - ASUS VG248QE 144HZ 3d Vision Monitor - Logitech G602 - Ducky Shine 3 TKL - AKG 172 HD Headphones - Xperia z2 - Sony Noise canceling earphones -  Nikon D5200 With Bundled Lenses - Windows 7 Home Premium - Blue Snowball iCE - Acer Aspire X with a broken case, AMD A6, and Raijintek Aidos CPU heatsink

I agree with you about the RAM. I'm not too picky about it, but I was open for suggestions! Thank you so much for your help!

I heard mixed reviews about it, though! I'm in no rush to build my computer, so I can definitely wait for it. Do we have an estimate price for it?

Thank you very much for your suggestions! They're definitely on my list of parts I would consider to incorporate within the build.

Also, just out of curiosity, the case I bought has three fans––but do you think it needs a third party CPU cooler?

He has enough for a 6300 and r9 270..

Which one would you recommend: the 6300 or R9 270? From what I've seen, a lot more people are happier with the 6300.

Just if you're going to overclock. Otherwise the stock one is fine. Look is also another reason.

Check out the NCIX Outlet site on eBay, they have some pretty great deals right now.

Great, thanks! I asked because, before I bought the case, I was eyeing on the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO...would you recommend it?

It'd be a pretty good choice. They actually have a few on the outlet site for $18 (if you haven't already seen it), though it's only really worth getting if you're buying a few things as they charge a flat $15 shipping rate.

The 6300 is a cpu and the r9 270 is a graphics card. You get both..

Great, thanks! I asked because, before I bought the case, I was eyeing on the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO...would you recommend it?

It's arguably one of the best bang for buck coolers if not the best.
