ML120L coolermaster RGB problem

Hi guys . 

 i just installed my ml120l coolermaster . 

i have 2 problem first problem the the idle temperature 45 according to CPUID HWMonitor but it goes down 1 by 1 to 32 but when it reach 32 it jumps to 45 down in 1 frame. " but the reads in bios 32/34 it doesn't jump to new temperature"

under load 58c max using stress programs

in pubg 48c

 

second problem is i have g.skill rgb 16 3000 but how can i sync it with the cooler . the cooler master website says u can sync it with ram rgb , how can i do it ? 

" my Mobo is msi but it doesn't support msi rgb sync is that why ? "

 

random questions :1- why the fk there is no software for this cooler ?

2-  Why the fk is the rgb controller is wired , how i suppose to change the rgb? do i need to open the case every time i want to change the color ?

Try mount the cooler with more force, so it has better contact with the CPU

 

As for RGB questions, does the motherboard have RGB header?
