All razer headsets dont show up in synapse

All razer headsets dont show up in synapse razer cant find the problem basically i bought a headset it dosent show up in razer synapse so i contacted razer and they said it was the headset that was faulty so i bought a different headset and it still dosent show up in synapse so i returned it like the last one and bought another and still the same if it dosent show up in synapse it dosent work properly need help ?
