windows 7 Windows 7 cannot detect ethernet

Today I downgraded my pc from Windows 10 to windows 7 and when the installation finished and desktop appeared the ethernet connection was not detected so when I went in network and Sharing>network connections > adapter settings to check the problem it showed blank screen and nothing loads (pics are attached) I restarted the pc for 5 times and even reinstalled windows but nothing shows up in the menu. The pc otherwise is working fine but is sluggish at the start 

Please quick help needed, I have some important work to do.

Do you have your Ethernet adapter drivers installed ?

Looks like you don't have any drivers installed. Your graphics driver doesn't seem to be installed either, given that the system doesn't have Aero enabled.

Press windows button + R. That's for run. Then enter devmgmt.msc. From there you can see all your missing driver
