Need help fps problem (csgo)

So i have a gtx 1070 and a i5 8600k and im only getting around 150-200 fps in csgo even tho my res is low (playing with black bars) and grhapics on low my friend has a gtx 1050ti  with same settings and is getting 300 fps pls help

Why do you need 300 fps?

CS:GO runs on an ancient old engine by now and it does not scale well with the latest hardware like Coffee Lake processors, it gets to a point you can lower every thing you want it won't increase fps.

 

So find the balance that gives you the best visuals while the highest fps it goes and that's about it.

Becuse i have a 244hz montior also 150 fps for me is lag when you play at high level (superme)

There is a problem change settings wont help

CS:GO performance only cares about CPU frequency and fast memory, tight timings, it really doesn't care about GPU, any GPU can handle CS:GO being honest.

 

So reducing the graphics can only do so much to help you as soon enough your GPU simply isn't doing any thing any more, and all the load is on the CPU.

 

CS:GO scale with cores is not the best, so it's extremely single core depended, the only way to increase performance then would be overclocking your CPU and ensuring your memory is of high performance.

 

Even so you might simply not really improve things much as these issues happen due to Source being almost 20 years old already, and fundamental parts of its core are outdated... VALVe should have migrated CS:GO to Source 2 years ago instead of just editing Source to support some features of Source 2 and call it a day.
