2nd PC For Streaming

Hey community i wanted to ask some stuff about 2nd computer for streaming. i have an old PC which i didn't sell when i bought new one and was thinking if that can help me achieve decent 720p Streaming @30/60FPS what do you all think is it possible??! more info down below

 

Current Gaming RIG

 

CPU: i5 7400 @3.0GHz

Ram: 8GB DDR4

GPU: Nvidia GTX 750Ti 

 

OLD Gaming RIG

 

CPU: Quad Core 2.6Ghz Q9400

Ram: 8GB DDR3

GPU: For now None as imma use x264 Encoder

 

So is this enough for good 720p 60 FPS streaming?!?!

How are you planning to stream from one computer to another? (i.e. capture card?)

I would just try it and see how it works. From what I understand you don't need a powerful cpu for a dedicated stream computer.
