Random Freezing into No Signal HELP

UnForsaken

So for the past 2-3 months my computer would start freezing for a few seconds and then the screen goes black into "DisplayPort No Signal" while playing games or browsing the web, after that i have to restart the pc and it does this at least once a day. I looked up so many possible fixes and all say something different like its the Cord, CPU, RAM, Motherboard, GPU, SSD, Power Supply, Windows Registry, you name it!

For Starters Here's my build:

CPU: 4930k (no hotter than 40 degrees Celsius)(overclocks like garbage so not even overclocked)

MOBO: Asus Rampage IV Black Edition

RAM: Trident X 2400 16gb

GPU: GTX 980 FE (caps at 80 degrees Celsius)

SSD: 500gb 840 EVO

HDD: 1TB WD Velociraptor

Windows 10

Here's somethings that I've done so far:

ran test on cpu and memory all of which said it was ok

checked health of all drives all of which said was good

applied new thermal paste to both CPU and GPU (1-4 degrees better)

ran some GPU stress tests which honestly didn't help

downloaded CCleaner a file/ windows registry cleaner that got rid of unneeded files

Here's some other things i could try that most likely won't work

Clean all drives and fresh install windows

Flash BIOS

Try another GPU (just bought a 2080 in case this is the case)

put GPU in another PCIE Slot

Sure there's some other things i could think about

Any other information needed I'd be happy to give and if anyone has any tips or ideas let me know because this a big problem for me, Thanks
