Nvidia VS. AMD

I just sold my GT 640, I got all my money back from that so no worries. I have an extra $30 so I have a limit of $110. I have been looking at the 7770 GHz edition, and the GTX 650. Both 1gb, only use is Minecraft and low settings Assassins creed 4. What one would be the best at slight overclocking? I'm not too worried about the temps, my pc is next to my window where all the cold air is. I want to go with the 7770 because of the slightly better performance. What do you think?

The 7770 is better for Games that push the boundaries, but as far as light gaming goes, one or the other will suffice.
