Found a way to get one after hours and hours of looking.

In any case you're probably gonna pay a bit for it, although $43 is a bit over the top. I think your best bet is writing a mail to ASUS, if they're anything like Corsair they will be more than happy to help you.

I emailed them and called them,there is nothing they can do :(

That's quite odd, after all it is them who manufacture them. In that case I honestly think you're out of luck and will have to pay up the $43. IO Shields are not easy to get ahold of. :(
