Corsair has HORRIBLE customer service!

Hi all,

 

I just want to share with everyone how unprofessional, and horrible Corsairs customer service is. I ordered ONE sleeved cable kit from their website and received ONE order confirmation e-mail. On the day they arrived I had received THREE boxes with three different order numbers and three different cable kits, I was even charged for all three. I was already mad that I had been charged for two things I hadn't ordered so I called their customer service number. After waiting 40 minutes I was put on the line with a person who was rushing so fast he didn't even understand what I was trying to say, he was rude and unprofessional. He said I would receive an e-mail with free return shipping labels. I never received this e-mail, so I called again and after waiting on the line for 2 hours, left a message which I never received a call back from. I called again after about three days and was put on the line with a person who at-least seemed helpful, they said they would take care of it and would call me back, once again I never received a call back. I left two messages for the person who was supposed to call me back and have still heard nothing, it is as if I'm being ignored, I'm going to attempt to call once more today before I start writing letters, this is ridiculous and Corsair should be embarrassed.

It's not corsair, it's the people they hire most of the time. \

 

 

But I understand what you mean, for something like that they should be embarrassed about how their employees have.

As great as their products are their headsets are complete shit and had to deal with this all the time when i had them, i know the feel.

Yes what you is say is true, but the employees are therefore going to give Corsair a bad name. It's a damn shame because I have always loved their products.

I have never had a negative experience with Corsair's customer service... they always have my back. I usually use their online chat, so I suggest giving that a try.

Any company, club, nation, or body of people are just the sum of the people they are made up of. So yeah that kind of is Corsair.

 

Customer service aside I do love their products anyway.

It happened to my brother ordering his K70. He kept on showing me how mad he was that his order has been pending for 2 weeks. Its quite funny how such a big and respected company has such a bad customer service.

This guy now sends me an e-mail telling me to ship back the cables for a refund, and expects me to pay for shipping back. HA what a joke

No problem! Corsair is widely regarded as having some of the best customer service in the industry. I was honestly surprised to see a post like this. :P

Well I have to disagree, after speaking with their phone manager, the guy was a complete ass to me.
