External music controller

Hi Guys
Im probably being an idiot,
but i have been looking for a desk module that i can control mt music with, like something that has the basic functions of 
Pause - Skip - Rewind/Backtrack - Volume up/Down or something like that 
it would just be a little box or something like that, that would house these functions so i can control my music without using my keyboard and having to press Fn - F7 kind of thing and could plug into my pc,

There is a few things you can do to accomplish this. Getting a Separate Media Controller (PC Remote) with USB Receiver input. Or 6 key programmable macro keyboard would be another. I'm sure there are other options but this it what comes to the top of my head.
