Paint.net & Windows Screen Grab

I've used this since windows xp, never failed me.

I use to be able to do a screen grab from Windows 10 on my pc & it would save to a folder (Screenshots) in my 'Pictures' folder for later viewing (Hold Windows Key + Print Screen)  Loved this feature it was so handy, now it doesn't do it anymore. This was something I picked up on YT as tips for Windows 10 awhile back, once I realized I could do that it was great. Now there is no more Screenshots folder & that function works as if I just hit the Print Screen key and have to paste into paint or paint.net. Looks like it has been removed. Any thoughts as to why? Can it be reconfigured to do this?

Windows Key + Print Screen should work.

Could be a couple of things. On some laptops the print screen keys need to be "active" in the sence that you can toggle FN on some.

When you press the Windows key + Print screen, does the screen go dark for a second (darker)
