smallest you can get using standard parts is a small itx case something say like the node 202.

 

then you have some smaller ones like https://www.amazon.com/SilverStone-Technology-Thin-Mini-Aluminum-PT13B-120/dp/B01LVYKF5Y this one. it uses a external powerbrick.

 

the best you can it in this case at the moment is an r5 2400g. which will be beaten by whatever AMD puts out in their APU department after new-year.

 

would highly suggest using an AMD APU if you are going for small formfactor gaming.

what you looking for is Nano ITX size.

you can search Aliexpress / Ebay for "nano itx".

Most of them have low powered embedded CPU like Laptop CPU, Atom, Celeron or AMD A series.
