Marked "solved" Notification

Have y'all considered adding a notification for when someone marks your answer as "best answer"? I've gone back to a few threads to see if there have been any responses to find a solved marker on it, but I noticed I never got a notification. Is this something that's been rejected for? I feel like that would be a relatively easy implement, cause I'm very well versed in coding. /s - I failed my Java class

Because of the way marking solved is implemented, it's not particularly easy to add, but I will pass it onto the forum software devs anyway.

I have at least 10, but I'm definitely not gonna go through all 11.5k posts of mine and find out.

That would be nice, It would be nice to also have Solved translate into community reputation. If someone is known for correctly answering questions on the forum it should be reflected on their reputation within the community. But of course these are only suggestions and not expected to be implemented, it's quite an operation running a forum and I can't ask for more.

Their "experts" are labeled as such based off of marked solved posts in certain areas of the forum, and essentially 100% of the time, that so called "expert" has no idea what they're talking about, is spreading misinformation, is just plain wrong, or plain stupid. If you remember The Verge, it's kind of like that.

I know very little about the verge other than more than just Linus makes fun of them, and yeah that's pretty dumb lol
