Side monitor interference lines

I've replaced my 1060 with an EVGA 1080 SC, and now both my side monitors have this weird interference type thing. Both are running DP to VGA adaptors, my main monitor is unaffected. I've tried using DDU to uninstall and then reinstall the drivers to no avail.
