Very cheap 240hz monitor

I recently found a 240hz 1ms freesync monitor for only 300 +/- dollars ( Acer KG251QDbmiipx ). Its kinda cheap for a 240hz monitor and there are no reviews on youtube at all. So here is my question, is it really 240hz or is it just a kind of "scam". This is a bit of a late reply but I just purchased this from a local big box electronics store and I can confirm it is a 240hz panel. colors are disappointing but for the price and the 240hz; it is as advertised.
