65W USB C Charger Safe w/ 60W USB C power delivery HUB ?

Is a Lenovo Thinkpad 65W USB C Charger Safe with a 60W USB C power delivery hub? Because I found Ugreen USB C Hub with 60W power delivery. The laptop is a Thinkpad T480.

Case: Lian Li O11 Air Mini  PSU: Corsair RM1000e  SSD: Team Group MP34 4TB PCIe 4 NVME, Mushkin REACTOR 960GB, Patriot Torch LE 960GB  Cooling: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE (PS120SE) with Thermal Grizzly Kryonau & 9x Thermalright TL-C12 PRO 120mm

As long as they're the same voltage, it should be fine.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad
