M.2 won’t boot after upgrade

I recently upgraded my motherboard and processor and now the computer refuses to boot off the m.2 and was wondering if anyone knows a fix. I attempted an internet bios update directly from the bios and when it failed to connect it showed my drives and their contents. It sees the drive and all the files in it so I know the card isn’t bad. Boot in bios is set to M1: PCIe SSD and secure boot is set to Other OS. CSM to auto, and Sata mode set to AHCI with raid disabled. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
