Do I need an exhaust fan?

I'm planning to have 3 120mm fans in front for intake as well as 3 exhaust on my radiator up top but will i need to use my exhaust fan spot since it's not even?

You're not required to. I would personally use it for exhaust in an effort to bring down temperatures inside the case(no idea how well that actually works).

I'd say you should to keep your VRMs cool.

Uhm, what? Exhaust fan spot? You mean rear fan mount? No. You already have 3 exhaust fans on that setup.

assuming you're using a 360mmm rad here, i would put the rad in the front if you have a open style GPU cooler, this way you will get better CPU temps and it won't effect GPU temps that much.
