So i have 13 front pannel connector how can i connect it to a modern case

Your motherboard manual, as well as the case manual will help.

your motherboard can tell you what each connector on the board is for, and the case manual (and the labeling on the cables) can tell you what each cable does. match and plug

Router: R3 2200G @ stock, 4GB DDR4 2400, what are cases, stock cooler
