vr system requirement

can i ask what the system requirement for playing VR chat because i accidently find VR chat but my laptop spec is not really for VR gaming plus i still decide what my build for new pc.

Do you want to play it with VR glasses or in desktop mode? VRChat works just fine (1600x900 30fps in desktop mode) on my laptop with i5-3210m, 6gb ram and Intel HD 4000.

Using Steam, you will find the System Requirements by scrolling down on the Store page of the product you're interested in. For various other platforms, the easiest way to find this information is by entering the name of the software and words "system requirements" into Google.

 

Always remember that you should under no circumstance ever tell your system specifications to anyone on the Internets, it is a scam and they will steal your hardware remotely. Always keep your specs to yourself, the fire department doesn't investigate system specification thefts unless it's about stolen AMD hardware that was kept in a beige case.

 

Here's the requirements taken from Steam, these most likely apply to the VR side of it, I'd imagine that the non-VR version works fine on most computers. It's free in any case, so you'll only lose time by just trying it.

i looked in the store on steam for VR Chat but cant find it.

At the very least GTX 1050ti 4GB to maintain 45FPS in VR.

The game is heavily CPU bound though so definitely at least quad core with nice clocks to go along with the GPU.

 

Just for the perspective, even with.GTX 1080ti and i7 4770k + OC, I drop to 30FPS quite often in crowded rooms.
