MSI Z370 Tomahawk vs Prime Z370-A

So I'm looking to upgrade my system to an 86/700k come Black Friday (yes I plan obsessively, what about it) and I'm looking at motherboards. I don't need any of the fancy 10GbPS USB Tyoe-C stuff - I use an S340 elite and even if my case had such a port I don't own anything to plug into it - so I've been looking at the MSI Z370 Tomahawk and the ASUS Prime Z370-A. Which do you think is better and why?

Without any in-depth reviews it is basically impossible to tell, which one uses higher quality components and is therefor better.

When it comes to features you have to decide which one you like more, because we don't know which features you need or want.

And the same goes for the aesthetics.
