Searching for a good monitor

Searching for a good 1080p monitor for gtx 1080ti and r7 1700. I need a 1080p monitor because I need the gpu to be able to play games well for 3-4 years.

That is the worst thing you can do.

Buy for now, not for future.

 

Look, if you go 1080p 60Hz get GTX 1060 or GTX 1070 for half the price of the 1080ti. Upgrade earlier in 2 years and you will have better GPU than the 1080ti and you will spend as much money as you would now.

 

IMO, you should pick GTX 1070 and nice IPS 1440p 60Hz monitor and you are set for 1.5y - 2y if you want to play on High/Ultra and then upgrade GPU again when it wont keep up.

every time people say this, read what i wrote, I need this to laaaaast. I just need a good 144hz monitor and it will be alright. I wouln't be able to buy later, just help me find a monitor.
